I'm ready to sign up! What do I need to do?

Once you accept the terms and conditions you will be prompted to select a plan. After you select a plan you will be prompted to place a card on file and begin your membership!
How soon should I expect to see candidates?

When creating new job ads specific to your area at times prospects begin coming in right away. However, on average it typically takes 7-14 days for us to receive a large amount of prospects for you to interview.
Do I still need this service after my opening is filled?

The best agencies always meet and exceed goals by having prospects ready to go at all times. Whether someone is underperforming, changes career fields, or opens their own business or agency we believe you should be ready to fill that opening at anytime. Stay ready so you don't have to get ready!
Do you hire candidates for me?

PBSI Staffing does not hire candidates on behalf of your agency. PBSI Staffing assists with scheduling interviews for pre-screened candidates through our Official Screening Process.
What if the prospect does not show up for the interview?

If a prospect does not show up for an interview, we will replace that prospect with another.
Whose employee is it?

Any prospect that you decide to hire is solely your employee. PBSI Staffing is a staffing company and any prospect that you decide to hire is your employee. Not PBSI Staffing's employee.
